Overview
I’ve completely run out of material, and with the advent of AI, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to offer any fresh insights within the context of a mathematics-focused blog. Having lost a clear sense of direction, I’ve decided—for the time being, at least—to post only the music tracks I’ve generated using Suno. Once the game I’m currently developing is released, I’ll take another look at the future direction of this blog.
With the U.S. midterm elections coming up next week, I decided to write some election-themed lyrics and generate a song based on them. Throughout history, it has not been uncommon for a leader to rise to power, win an election, and then transform into a dictator—by altering laws or purging political opponents. In a healthy democracy, there must be mechanisms in place to maintain balance—such as the survival of a viable opposition (whether in the form of rival parties or dissenting factions within the ruling party)—as well as institutions like the press, which serve to keep a dominant ruling power in check. To become a dictator, one must systematically dismantle these very safeguards designed to prevent such an outcome. The lyrics I’ve written focus on a figure who, while appearing to be a legitimate politician, is actually maneuvering to seize absolute power. The lyrics are as follows:
